Biomechanics and Behavior Are Often Times Linked in Your Equine Partner.

Horses  often times "vocalize" their feelings through physical expression.

Horses and people alike, have a dominant laterality, ie—right side/left side. Because of laterality dominance, asymmetry and imbalance are naturally occurring.

Repetitive motion and compensatory movement due to weakness in the body can overtime lead to a decreased range of motion and even pain. When there is pain, a horse will compromise movement and weight-bearing to another location in the body to alleviate the stressed area.

Studies show, if pain isn’t alleviated, it can lead to a poor quality of life and even depression in horses. If your horse is lame, always seek a veterinarian for diagnosis and treatment.

A holistic approach to training and conditioning is beneficial to develop core strength and postural stability. Balance improves with bodily symmetry.

Core exercise develop strength and improve equine postural stability, symmetry and balance. When the horse’s physique improves, self-carriage (collection, hind-quarter engagement and suppleness) will be naturally occurring.

Through playful exercises that facilitate proper functional movement, you and your horse will enjoy working together.

This course will provide the exercises and resources you need to continue the physical development and well-being of any healthy equine companion.

ANSWER: Not at this time. Due to my content being pirated and resold, I no longer allow video downloads. Please don’t share the program—it’s a lot of work to produce this content.
ANSWER: Absolutely. We will have a private group for this course and I’m available via Facebook Messenger or email and we will hold a weekly group check in.
ANSWER: Yes, as long as the horse is healthy and sound—or cleared by a veterinarian if they had a recent injury.
ANSWER: Please ask the owner you are leasing the horse from.

ANSWER: This depends on your general horsemanship and the individual horse you are working with. If you feel confident handling the horse with a trusting relationship, you can absolutely do this program. If you don’t feel “safe” riding the horse or if the horse is only cleared for groundwork, this program is suitable.
